BodyBlind – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the BodyBlind application (the "Service") operated by PoomAt, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. We provide this service on the condition of your acceptance of these protections.

2. Nature of the Service

BodyBlind provides generated reference videos, form feedback, and movement coaching outputs. You acknowledge that:

  • Informational Use Only: The Service is for entertainment and general informational purposes. It is not a medical device or a certified sports coaching platform.
  • Generated Output Limitations: You understand that generated reference videos and coaching outputs may contain technical inaccuracies, visual artifacts, or idealized movements that are not humanly possible. We make no guarantee of the "perfection" or "safety" of the forms shown.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer (Critical)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Physical activity involves inherent risks of injury or death. By using BodyBlind:

  • Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with practicing any movements, sports, or exercises visualized or suggested by the Service.
  • Medical Clearance: You represent that you are in good physical health and have consulted with a physician before beginning any new athletic regimen.
  • Waiver of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring a claim against PoomAt, BodyBlind, or its affiliates for injuries, damages, or death resulting from your attempt to replicate form seen in the Service. You practice at your own risk.

4. User Content & Service License

You retain ownership of your original photos/videos. However, to provide the service, you grant us:

  • License to Process: A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, and process your content solely to generate your reference videos, provide form feedback, and improve BodyBlind systems.
  • No Public Use: We will not use your private photos for marketing or public display without your explicit, separate written consent.

5. Intellectual Property & Prohibitions

The Service, including the software, movement-processing systems, generated media, and visual interfaces, are the exclusive property of PoomAt. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract BodyBlind movement-processing or media-generation logic.
  • Use the Service to generate non-consensual content of other people.
  • Scrape or mass-export generated data without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

PoomAt's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of Seoul, South Korea.
