BodyBlind Support

Help with coaching, references, purchases, privacy, and your account.

Contact Support

Email support@poomat.com. Include the app version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, Apple verification codes, full payment details, or private practice media.

Reference Generation

A personalized reference can take several minutes to finish. Keep notifications enabled if you want a completion alert. Failed server-confirmed builds return their reserved unlock automatically. If a build remains active unusually long, contact support before trying repeated purchases.

Purchases and Restores

Reference unlocks are consumable purchases handled by Apple. Open Profile → Available Unlocks to refresh available products or restore transaction state. Apple controls billing approval and refunds; BodyBlind applies verified transaction and refund results to the account.

Camera and Form Match

Live Coach needs camera access and enough room to keep your full body visible. You can change camera access in iOS Settings. Form Match analyzes the selected practice clip and sampled frames on your device; the practice clip is not uploaded to BodyBlind storage.

Delete a Guide or Account

Delete an individual reference from Video Library. To delete the full account, open Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Guest Profile deletion removes the anonymous Firebase identity and starts the same attributed cloud-data cleanup. Limited one-way anti-abuse and transaction-integrity markers may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

BodyBlind provides training insight and visual feedback, not medical advice. Stop if a movement causes pain and use appropriate coaching, judgment, and safe practice conditions.
